History
Andrew Ramsey graduated from Kansas University in 2006 and started to work for AEA as an Environmental and Solar Technician. He has progressed to President of the company and also leading AEA’s work in Radon and is one of the most extensively trained and experienced Radon Professionals in the State and Nation.
Accomplishments
Andrew (Drew) Ramsey has completed thousands of Radon tests using some of the most accurate Continuous Radon Monitors on the market. Our Continuous Radon Monitors also test for other environmental hazards found in the air in homes such as VOC, Fine and Course Particulates, Carbon Monoxide, and Carbon Dioxide. Andrew has also completed the installation of over 500 Radon Mitigation systems including both residential and commercial buildings. These Radon Mitigation Systems were completed using the Radon Industries best practices and materials/equipment.
Andrew (Drew) also has completed hundreds of mold tests and remediations for both residential and commercial buildings.
In the Solar PV industry; Andrew has designed and installed hundreds of Solar Electric Systems for both residential and commercial buildings.

AIA, LEED-AP, IAQP, IH, CMS, Registered Architect, ROC – Registered General Contractor #172093, U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional, Indoor Air Quality Professional, Industrial Hygienist, Certified Energy Trainer and Certified Mold Supervisor.
History
Carl Ramsey has completed numerous projects relating to Green Architecture and Environmental issues. He has chaired National Environmental Committees to help write National Regulations and Specifications for various environmental contaminants. He has taught training classes regarding environmental contaminants for various professionals and organizations.
Accomplishments
Carl Ramsey has also been instrumental and active in helping establish and grow the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), which is the premier organization promoting Sustainability in Building and Design and Construction. Carl has been an Active member of USGBC for many years and has also served in several elected leadership roles for the organization including: as an Arizona State Director/Representative for several years, the Southwest Regional Director for 2 years and the Housing Advocate for the State of Arizona. In addition, Carl founded the Northern Arizona Chapter of the USGBC. In related ares Carl founded Green Drinks for Northern Arizona area and also served as Treasurer, Vice-President and President of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) for several years. He also has severed several years on the Steering Committee of Sustainable Arizona and numerous years as an active member of SEDE (Sustainable Economic Development Initiative for Northern Arizona).
Carl Ramsey has also given expert testimony in many legal cases involving building design and construction and also testimony regarding environmental contaminates such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, mold, lead, and asbestos.
