Environmental Audits/Site Assessments (Phases I, II, & III) and Investigations assess the present environmental conditions on, within, and adjacent to a specific site, building, or facility, This information can be used to assist in making decisions regarding the transfer, retention, development, or redevelopment of a property. Environmental audits are used to establish a facility’s present level of compliance with current regulatory standards.
